William Duchesney Director of Construction Management Remarkably talented, loyal and knowledgeable, Bill has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction field and he oversees in the field the installation and remodeling of all our projects. His innate problem solving skills and meticulous craftsmanship assure that every single project is installed to perfection. A licensed supervisor constructor, Bill also coordinates all the remodeling jobs obtaining bids from all the trades involved. He has personally trained all the residential craftsmen of Roomscapes to ensure the consistency of our quality standards.

Daron C. Snyder, CGP Director of Operations Daron is responsible for managing the day to day operation of the Roomscapes Luxury Design Center, coordinating deliveries, craftspeople and all trades involved in the remodeling process. Having the natural ability to interact on a personal level and a great sense of humor, he is the perfect liaison between our design team, builders and clients to ensure a smooth installation of each of our projects. He also directs our service department taking care of all warranty issues or repairs you may need after the project is completed, maintaining the extraordinary reputation that our firm is known for. Daron first joined the firm in 1994 traveling to Pennsylvania to pick up our beautiful custom cabinetry and personally making the delivery to each client’s residence, and he worked in the field before rising to his current management position.

Glenn T. Meader Director of Residential Design Stemming from a family line of custom cabinetmakers, Glenn brings a natural understanding and passion to cabinetry design. Extremely conscientious, Glenn’s is a systematic, precise thinker and creative designer, who enjoys working with clients through the entire design process into the installation phase. His past experience in environmental engineering, strong scientific mind and constant desire to improve our quality standards, brings valuable perspectives and diversity to our design team.
